Dashboard Overview
The InstaWP dashboard is where you access, preview, and manage everything — your sites, snapshots, templates, WaaS, settings, and integrations. Here's a quick tour of what's where.
The main navigation
The left menu groups everything you can do:
| Section | What's inside |
|---|---|
| Sites | All your sites — magic login, make permanent, save as template/snapshot, change plan, and more. |
| Snapshots | Edit snapshots, create sites from them, and view statistics. |
| Manage | Connected live sites — auto-login, activity logs, purge cache, and more. |
| Sell | Templates, WaaS, sales, and payouts. |
| Settings | Configurations, deployments, and commands. |
| Integrations | Marketing and utility integrations. |
Inside Sites, filter your list by:
| View | Shows |
|---|---|
| All Sites | Every InstaWP site. |
| Temporary | Sites that will expire. |
| Permanent | Sites you've made permanent. |
| InstaWP Live | Hosted (InstaWP Live) sites. |
Top menu
Quick actions and account access live in the top navigation bar.
Announcements
See the latest InstaWP announcements, share ideas, and follow the roadmap. Click the announcement button and a panel slides in from the right.
Usage
Track usage against your plan and take recommended actions — level up your plan or free up disk space.
TIP
If there's an active warning you haven't acted on, the Warning button stays highlighted.
Team options
Click the team icon (top-right) to switch teams or manage team settings.

| Team list | Switch between teams you have access to. |
| Create New | Create a new team (Agency yearly plan and above). |
| Settings | Open the team's settings page. |
Profile options
Click the profile icon (top-right) for your personal account settings.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Account | Profile, billing, notifications, SSH keys, and more. |
| Subscription | Manage your plan and view usage statistics. |
| Apps | Explore InstaWP apps, integrations, and extensions. |
| Migrate Websites | Migrate a site from one host to another. |
| Log Out | Sign out of InstaWP. |
